I'm Diana Weynand. I've never been easy to categorize — author, speaker, sailor, entrepreneur, teacher — and honestly, I've stopped trying. Thirty years building a film and television training company, two music degrees, twenty books, a football field, and an open ocean will do that to a person. Everything I do flows from a single belief: that we are all capable of more than we've mapped for ourselves — and that the most important voyage is always the one within.
My Inner Ink workshops guide writers at every level to transform their lived experience into compelling personal narrative — a methodology I've developed and taught at the university level. As a keynote speaker, my signature Lipstick Football Method takes center stage. I bring the hard-won wisdom of the field into every room I enter and every story I tell. And in my podcast, So Glad You're Here, I'm stepping into a new creative frontier — proof that I practice what I preach.

I believe in the power of sport — and not just to build strong bodies. Every field, every court, every pool, every mountain trail asks the same thing of us: show up, push past what you thought you could do — or become — and leave knowing yourself a little better than when you arrived.
For me, that sport was football. I grew up with it in my blood — street games, marching band, every season followed closely. But suiting up to play it professionally found me later in life — and cracked something open, including my own glass ceiling. On the field I learned what I was made of, what held me back, and what became possible the moment I stopped playing small.
Those lessons didn't stay on the field. They followed me into my teaching, my speaking, my writing — and ultimately into the Lipstick Football Method, a framework for breaking through limitations and stepping into the fullest version of yourself.
