THE GREEKS CALLED IT METHODOS
Methodos — a pursuit, a journey, a road traveled in search of knowledge.
Like any good road trip, a method requires planning, honest reflection, and a willingness to let where you've been inform where you're going.
I've spent my career taking complex concepts and creating the stepping stones others needed to cross from confusion to clarity. I call it "cracking the marble." It's a mastery developed across every discipline I've worked in, and it's the foundation of everything I teach.
THE LIPSTICK FOOTBALL METHOD
Some of life's most powerful lessons come from the most unexpected places. For me, it was a football field.
The Lipstick Football Method is built around eight principles—a living cycle that meets you exactly where you are and gives you the tools to stay in the game, find where you shine, and drive your dream all the way into the end zone.
These aren't abstract ideas. They're hard-won lessons from the field, tested in real life, and refined through years of coaching, speaking, and watching people discover what they're truly capable of.
LIPSTICK is an acronym, each letter a principle, each principle a step in the cycle. The eight principles fall into two parts:
Every one of us is somewhere in these eight principles right now with a dream, an aspiration, or a project. The key is knowing which principle you're facing so you can stay on the field, stay in the game, and keep moving forward.
Because when your light comes alive, you will feel unstoppable. And when you shine, it doesn't just light you up. It lights up everyone around you.
Run toward what you love. Your dream will find you there.

THE "INNER INK" METHOD
The most compelling stories aren't invented.
They're excavated — from the life you've already lived.
There's a moment in every Inner Ink workshop when something shifts. A face lights up. A story that lived only in memory suddenly finds shape, clarity, and meaning on the page. Others lean in to listen. And the writer realizes, sometimes for the first time, that their experience matters. That their voice matters. That getting it out and onto the page was its own quiet victory.
"Inner Ink: Crafting Personal Stories" is a five-week workshop built around a repeatable methodology that helps writers at every level transform lived experience into compelling personal narrative. No prior writing experience required. Just a story worth telling. And everyone has one!
Developed and taught at the university level, Inner Ink is available for academic institutions, writing programs, and organizations looking to bring the power of personal narrative to their institution, organization, or community program.

HAND ON THE HELM
You may not know the waters ahead. But if something inside you says this matters — that's where you begin.
Some of the most powerful leaders I've ever witnessed didn't come from business schools or corner offices. They came from a place of deep conviction, a feeling so strong it simply couldn't stay quiet any longer.
They just needed someone to say, "You have the right to step forward. Here's how you take the first step."
Intuitive leadership isn't something I studied. It's something I lived through decades in film and television production, twelve years of climate advocacy, a hundred solo performances in a single year, and the hard-won clarity that comes from navigating open water.
The entry point is simple. Take action on the intuitive voice that whispers. The practice, however, is profound. And the leaders it produces can be remarkable.
