ABOUT

Diana Weynand
Adventurer in Charge
B.M.Ed., M.M. Ed., M.M.A.
I'm an adventurer at heart — whether sailing into open seas, exploring new creative frontiers, or guiding others to trust their own inner compass.
I hold three degrees: a Bachelor and Master in Music Education, and a Master in Media Arts. That path led me to the cutting edge of film and television training and technology, where I authored more than twenty books, developed global training programs, and built a career distilling complex ideas into clear, step-by-step practices that empowered professionals to bring their creative visions to life. Those same principles now shape my Mastermind Your Life coaching approach: “crack the marble” to uncover what truly matters, then build mastery through steady, intentional practice—the kind that shapes raw effort into excellence.
My creative work spans music and writing. As a singer-songwriter and composer, I’ve had original songs placed on television (The Young & the Restless) and in films for Lifetime and independent projects. I’ve also produced music showcases in Los Angeles that highlight local singer-songwriters. As a writer and teacher, I taught in Antioch University’s Creative Writing program with my course Inner Ink: Crafting Personal Stories, and I coach individuals as they shape their memoirs and personal narratives.
Sports have also shaped me. Playing professional women’s tackle football taught me lessons about courage, resilience, and transformation — lessons I captured in my book Lipstick Football: 8 Game-Changing Principles to Bust Through Limitations and Achieve the Impossible While Learning the Game of Football. Sports taught me more than grit — it showed me how to see the dream clearly, design the plays to reach it, and step into the best position to shine—lessons I bring into every area of my work.
And always, there is nature. Whether I'm sailing, kayaking, or hiking, spending time outdoors in nature restores my soul. As a Climate Reality Leader and former board member of the Earth Law Center, I remain committed to living with purpose and protecting what I love.
Whether I’m coaching, writing, teaching, speaking, or reading Tarot, my goal is the same: to help us all – dare more and keep rising.
As Helen Keller said,
"Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all."
I choose to dare. I choose adventure.
